Think Different, Act Different, Be Different

TRAIN UP A CHILD IN THE WAY SHE SHOULD GO,
AND WHEN SHE IS OLD SHE WILL TRAIN HERSELF!

Last night I was talking to my daughter who's studying in Australia. Hey...I was all excited about my newly acquired interest in blogging and MSN.

But hey...she does not blog and she has banned herself from MSN for a month!

What a surprise!!! After all, she's the IT- savvy computer generation.

But really, I was pleased that she recognised her situation:

* she was DISTRACTED from work
--- her assignments, projects, etc were piling up!

* she was DEPRIVED of sleep
--- her hours chatting on-line did not help her body and brains!

...and she took responsibility for it. She DISCIPLINED HERSELF !

I slept with a smile on my face, because she chose to do right even when mum's not looking! Yay!
